Welcome to GloKey. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of glokey.com.au (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site and make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Products & Product Information

We sell peptide-infused skincare products, including serums, moisturisers, and lip balms. We make every effort to display our products and their ingredients accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and formulations may be updated over time. Always check the ingredient list on the product you receive.

Important — skincare disclaimer:

  • Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • Information on the Site is general in nature and is not medical advice.
  • We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a known skin condition or allergy, consult your doctor before use.
  • Individual results vary.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide from Australia.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
  • International orders: you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
  • Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your nominated address.

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind: Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept change-of-mind returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as required by law.

Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the GloKey name, logo, product names, images, text, videos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to GloKey and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or other users’ accounts
  • Introduce viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site without permission
  • Post or transmit anything false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant GloKey a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove user content at our discretion.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment providers and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Site or our products.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, or, where permitted, to resupplying the products.
  • We are not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from failure to follow usage instructions, ignoring the patch-test recommendation, or use contrary to the product directions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GloKey against any loss, damage, or claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Privacy
