For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

The one exception: copper peptides (like those in Blue Me Away) shouldn't be used in the same routine as Vitamin C / L-ascorbic acid, as the two can destabilize each other. We recommend copper peptides at night and Vitamin C in the morning, or alternating them on different days.
Cleanse, then apply thinnest to thickest , serums before moisturizer, moisturizer before lip balm. SPF always goes on last during the day.
